New Rooms on
Roleplay Oasis
Running a successful roleplay room requires a certain amount of commitment.
On Rolelay Oasis, room leaders will be expected to have a regular, visible
presence in their room as well as on the site. Room leaders are also expected
to know and follow the Site's Rules,
Leadership Expectations, and the
Harassment/Stalking
Procedures.
In order to submit a room for Roleplay Oasis, first read all the required
documentation listed above. Then please fill out and submit the new room
request application.
You will be contacted. Please do NOT pay any set up fees until the application
has been approved. If you do, we will not be able to refund it to you..
For a new room:
- There is a room set up fee of $15.00.
- The room owner must have (or purchase) an annual membership to Roleplay Oasis.
- The room owner will have moderator capabilities. The room may also have an additional member designated to have moderator capabilities. This person must also own (or purchase) an annual membership to Roleplay Oasis.
- Subrooms may be purchased at an additional set up fee of $10. There will be a limit of three subrooms per room.
For an established room that is transferring from another
site:
- There is a room set up fee of $15.00.
- We will honor the room owner's membership from the other site until the time it would expire. (At that point the room owner is responsible to purchase an annual membership.)
- We will honor the membership of one additional room moderator from the other site until the time it would expire. (At that point the room moderator is responsible to purchase an annual membership.)
- If the room has one or more persons that purchase an annual membership at the time of the transfer, the set-up fee will be waived.
- Subrooms may be purchased at an additional set up fee of $10. There will
be a limit of three subrooms per room.
